10. Abdelhak Nouri

Sometimes, culture is everything. Abdelhak Nouri combines his North African flair with Ajax schooling, you really can’t ask for a better combination, especially when Ajax youngsters have lately been accused of being too bland technically, not capable of doing enough with the ball. He’s rejected the advances of Morocco, unlike his teammate Hakim Ziyech, and he can add some much-needed excitement to replace the aging Wesley Sneijder for Holland. He’s a trequartista with a delightful turning radius that can throw off a defender’s balance in a heartbeat, but he’s still too accustomed to  youth football. He only just made his Eredivisie debut on Halloween Eve, but he has to fix up his shooting and get more involved in build up. Nouri must improve the tactical side in his game, but his cultural background and technical ability is enough evidence to trust in this kid’s development.
