We're building something

BTL is building the sports content intelligence platform where independent creators, collaborative newsrooms, and entire media organisations publish, earn, and understand their audience better than anywhere else. From a solo analyst to a federated newsroom with its own brand and domain. We're a small team right now. We won't be for long.

The new platform takes everything we've learned and rebuilds it from scratch: a collaborative editor with native sports data, squad-based newsrooms, audience intelligence at every level, white-label federation for media organisations, and economics that put the vast majority of revenue in creators' pockets. Football first, all sports eventually.

When we grow, we'll be looking for:

Engineers

Full-stack and backend. Real-time collaboration, search, data pipelines, creator tools. You'll build the infrastructure that sports media runs on.

Editors

Commissioning, quality, creator relations. You live sport, you understand what makes great sports media, and you know how to help creators produce it.

Designers

Product and brand. Dark-mode-native, data-rich, editorially driven interfaces. You care about typography as much as interaction design.

Community

Growing the creator ecosystem. Partnerships, events, onboarding, outreach. The bridge between BTL and the sports media community we serve.
