Overview
Hans Hateboer (born 9 January 1994) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a right-back or right wing-back forLigue 1 club Lyon, on loan from Rennes. A Groningen youth product, Hateboer spent three-and-a-half Eredivisie seasons with the club before joining Italian club Atalanta in 2017. In February 2020, he scored the first goal in a UEFA Champions League knockout phase match for the club. After seven and a half seasons with Atalanta, Hateboer joined French club Rennes in 2024.
