With the arrival of December comes Matchday 11 in the Premier League. Though there will be just nine games, as Aston Villa vs Newcastle is postponed after Newcastle’s squad had to isolate after several players and staff tested positive for COVID-19.

Burnley vs Everton

Burnley continued their harrowing performances at Manchester City in the league, beaten 5-0 for the third time at the Etihad. Manager Sean Dyche will want a markedly improved performance from his players against Everton, hoping to repeat their 1-0 win last season in October 2019.

To pull off an improbable victory, Burnley must improve their lack of goals, as they are the join lowest scores in the league this season, with a paltry four. Injuries and a lack of spending in the transfer market has hamstrung Burnley's start. Things need to change.
